Process offered
Weaving: CIMCO, Laxmi Ruty & other Local Made Looms.
- Machine Cone Dying.
Jacquard: Jacquard (Have Limitation of Designs) Works on 800 Hooks.
Yarn Dying: Hank Yarn Dying Process.
- Hand Dying and Machine Dying using Cold & Steam process.- Machine Cone Dying.
Fabric Dying: Jigger Dying or Vinch Dying. Tumbler drying with Stinter.
Quality Control
Our quality procedures adhere to strict codes & process.
Each piece passes through Check Control System & only offer 100% inspection of goods it is packed.
Once packed our highly efficient quality control team randomly picks a few cartons to make sure of the quality and allows for shipping the container.
Dying Process: We use Reactive and VAT Dyes as per specification and requirement. Use of Azo dyes is prohibited. We can ensure 40, 60 & 95 degree color fastness, light fastness and rubbing fastness. Our process also adhere to TB1 Standards with anti-chlorine dyeing process.
Type of Cotton /Yarn used: 100% Ring spun Carded/open end Cotton Yarn upto 24s Count, depending on Warp, Weft and Quality Requirements.
Towel Border Security System: When making Piece Dyed Towels, length wise towel is straightened on Sprinter machine and stitched on local stitching or Zuki machines.
